A welcoming motel, close to attractions. Mei was super conscientious & accommodating -she even upgraded my room so I could be on the top floor and gave me a beach pass, which is a significant discount. Loved the lobby goldfish duo!

The location of the motel was A+. Close to Gondola and all the main restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Had cable so I got to see NFL playoff game for a bit :-) Best was the service. The manager (maybe also owner) was super friendly. She let me check in very early since I drove in to go snowboarding. Walked to the gondola and got some boarding in. Some hot coffee waiting for me in the morning which I took in my flask for during snowboarding. I will stay here again.

Owner was very nice and accommodating. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. For the price and last minute booking this place worked for us. It was also walking distance to lots of food, shops and a beach!

The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. They give the impression that they do everything for their guests. They even stopped a family who damaged our rental car with their electric scooter from escaping, saving us a lot of trouble. Thank you so much for being such Great Hosts!

Although my friends apparently did not like the hotel I thought it was a great place to stay. Small town charm and very comfy. It was clean and the hostess always made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely go back. Also it was super quiet. They offered us beach passes as well which it A $25 value

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Booking.com needs to be held responsible for having this place on their website. There is nothing I liked about the property it was extremely dirty, unsafe, railings on the top floor were falling off and my 5 year old almost fell to his death. On top of it, we are still fighting through an investigation because she (mel or whatever her name is) scammed us and charged us twice, then refunded it to her own personal credit card, because the refund receipt had a completely different credit card number on it. Its a scam hotel, she will pretend to be accommodating then take your money twice and not refund it.
Location! Within walking distance to virtually everywhere. Owner is great, gave us a free upgrade, and had coffee/tea/hot chocolate ready each morning. Although not a luxury hotel, the room was clean and surrounding area felt safe.
